Mattie Irene Holman Nation, 70, of Sparta, passed away Nov. 1, 2005.
Nation was born March 3, 1935, in White County to Jimmy Holman and Monerva Jane Bryant Holman.
She had been employed at Mallory Controls.
Nation was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill Tom Nation; one brother James Holman.
Survivors include one daughter, Joyce Nation Nesbitt and husband David, of Chattanooga; two sons, Bill Tom Nation Jr. and wife Denease, of McMinnville, Jimmy Clay Nation, of Spencer; two sisters, Wilma Bennett, Rachel Mabe; four brothers, Ray Holman, Clay Holman, R.T. Marvin Wayne Heady, 53, of Sparta, passed away Nov. 1, 2005.
Heady was born July 12, 1952, in Toledo, Ohio, to Marvin Heady and Doris Ann Dobbs Heady Roberts.
He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and worked as a machine operator at S & S Screw Company.
Heady was preceded in death by his grandparents; Tolbert and Lennie Heady; and one brother, Robert Michael Heady.
Survivors include his wife, Opal Heady, of Sparta; mother, Doris Ann Roberts, of Sparta; father, Marvin Heady, of Michigan; one daughter and son-in-law, Constance and Rodney Johnson, of Sparta; two sisters, Sharon Jolly, Sandra Price; two brothers, Gary Heady, Chris Heady, … CONTINUED
