Less than a week after the White County Sheriff Department offered a $200 reward for the arrest of alleged drug dealer Danita Jean Sigler, age 39, Sigler is now behind bars after turning herself in at the White County Justice Center on March 25, 2013.
According to Detective Joey Williams, Sigler was wanted on six counts of selling schedule II drugs, including cocaine, crack cocaine and pills, as well as four counts of selling drugs in a school zone.
Sigler is one of the 67 individuals the department sought to apprehend in the recent Operation Hawk Bill drug roundup.
Det. Williams says that on March 25 Sigler, along with her bondsman, came into the Justice Center to surrender to law enforcement.
According to Det. Williams, Sigler denied having any involvement with the Vice Lords gang, as had been previously reported.
