Anthony Patrick “Tony” Lindsey

Anthony Patrick “Tony” Lindsey, 45, of Sparta, passed away Feb. 23, 2017, at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

Mr. Lindsey was born Nov. 9, 1971, in McMinnville.

He was a service engineer and technician for Tyson Chicken and other food processing plants. He was an avid outdoorsman and gun collector.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Patrick Lindsey; sister, Cathy Grissom; and cousin, Tammy Nunley.

Survivors include his wife, Lorrie Lindsey; daughter, Hannah Lindsey; stepchildren, Amber (Jordan) Bain, Ryan Evans; mother, Wanda Lindsey; sister, Nancy (Earl) Keen; brother, Terry (Carol) Breedlove; granddaughter, Karsyn Bain; special nephews, Ricky Keen, Gregory Keen; and numerous family members and friends.

Funeral service will be 3 p.m., Feb. 25, 2017, at Hunter Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m., Feb. 24, at the funeral home.

Jason Brown will officiate.

Ricky Keen, Greg Keen, Austin Cantrell, Seth Rice, Ryan Evans, Cody Keen, Adam Erdmann, Earl Keen will serve as pallbearers.

Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
