Ball indicted on felony charges

According to Assistant District Attorney Bruce MacLeod, on Jan. 3, 2019, a grand jury returned an indictment for aggravated burglary, attempted aggravated robbery, and employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony on Danny Ray Ball, of White County. Ball was picked up Jan. 10, while in East Tennessee, on said indictment. This indictment stems from an incident occurring on the Nov. 30, 2018, in White County. Ball’s bond was set at $50,000.
