Changes coming for The Expositor
By Kim Swindell Wood | January 21, 2019 8:18 am
In an effort to continue to serve customers with consistent and reliable service, The Expositor is making a change in the manner in which the newspaper is delivered to homes and businesses.
Effective Monday, Jan. 28, 2019, subscribers will be receiving The Expositor via U.S. Mail. The postal service has worked diligently with The Expositor to ensure that customers will have delivery on Mondays and Thursdays, just as they had become accustomed with carrier delivery. Subscribers will receive The Expositor along with their regular mail delivery. Those who purchase The Expositor at a local business will not see any changes.
In addition, The Expositor will discontinue publishing the Extra, which has been available free-of-charge for many years. Advertisers have slowly moved away from purchasing ads in the Extra and have chosen to utilize their advertising budgets in The Expositor. Therefore, it was no longer cost-effective for The Expositor to continue providing the Extra, which has been delivered to every residence in White County that did not have a paid subscription to The Expositor.
As always, The Expositor values its customers and strives to serve them in the best possible manner. If anyone has any questions, call Cristie Roberts Vinson, publisher, at (931) 836-3284.
