Creative Compassion accepting pre-qualification applications for housing

Creative Compassion, a non-profit community development organization based in Crossville, will be taking pre-qualification applications for White County residents, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014, at Sparta Housing Authority, 300 Cragrock Dr., in Sparta. Once approved, applicants can choose a desired lot to build on or may build on property they own. Creative Compassion is an organization dedicated to making quality housing available to low-to-moderate income individuals and families in the Upper Cumberland.
