Frank Ennis England Sr., 91, of Sparta, Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, at his residence.
Mr. England was born Jan. 28, 1922, in Sparta, a son of Herman and Winnie Davis Askew England.
Mr. England served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II, serving in the Aleutian Islands.
He was a photographer in Sparta for more than 40 years. He raised Tennessee Walking Horses and black and tan coonhounds for many years. He was a member of the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders Association.
In addition to his parents, Mr, England was preceded in death by two brothers, Herman Gaines England and Leslie England.
Surviving family members include his wife, Margaret Daniel England, of Sparta; two sons, Frank England Jr., of Sparta, Eric England (Shannon Vick), of Nashville; grandson, Bon Daniel England, of Nashville; and many dear friends and neighbors.
Funeral service will 2 p.m., Nov. 30, 2013, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, with burial in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
Oak Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
