I’m still at a loss 4 words. This has yet 2 become reality 4 me. I wish so badly that I could’ve attended Gabe’s funeral 2day. I was part of the family 4 20yrs & watched Gabby grow from a little boy n2 the wonderful man he became. I spent many days & nights w him. Even the night b4 & day of his accident. I supported him through many struggles & always tried 2 remind him that there were still many joys 2 look forward 2 in life & that he was dearly cherished by many. An for those reasons he shouldn’t give up. Due 2 unfortunate events I didn’t get 2 see him the last 4 yrs. I truly wish I could change that fact. Over that time I spoke of him many times & most definitely missed him. Gabe was a realist, strait up, sincere, honest, loyal 2 his loved 1s, funny. What I’ve sat & missed many times about my times spent w him is the long ,serious, heartfelt conversations we’ve had in a depth most ppl haven’t the heart 2 go n2. Ive always thought of Gabe as my brother, not my brother in law. I would’ve taken or given bullets 4 him weither he be right or wrong cause that’s what true family does. Gabe I love u & will miss you until we meet again. Rest Easy
