Hazel Lee Felts

Hazel Lee Felts, 86, of the Johnson’s Chapel community of DeKalb County, passed away Jan. 2, 2016, at her home.
Mrs. Felts was retired from BJ Apparel and attended Johnson’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.
She was a loving wife, mother & granny.
Mrs. Felts was preceded in death by her husband, H.C. Felts; parents; Harvey Harris and Kathryn Elrod Harris; son, Charles Felts and daughter-in-law, Geraldine Felts; three grandchildren, Charles Felts Jr., Chris Felts, Ty Bohannon; brother, Darnell Harris; and three sisters, Alvaree Holland, Louise Henderson and Donvall Puckett.
Survivors include one daughter, Debbie Hitchcock and husband Lonnie, of Sparta; one son, Harvey Felts and wife Glenda, of Smithville; three grandchildren and their spouses, Melody and Tim Anderson, of Smithville, Lindsay and Todd Hast,y of Sparta, Brandon Bohannon, of Sparta; and three great-grandchildren, Macy Nokes, Justin Nokes, of Smithville, Dakota Dexter, of Murfreesboro, and Savannah Dexter, of Cookeville.
Funeral service was 1 p.m., Jan. 4, 2016, at Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, with burial in Plainview Cemetery, in White County. Bro. Tim Judd officiated.
Memorial donations can be made to Johnson’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in memory of Mrs. Felts.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, in Smithville, was in charge of arrangements.
