On Dec. 20, 2017, the Knights of Columbus Council 14902 held a Christmas social at St. Andrew Catholic Church for council and church members. Representatives from Pacesetters in Sparta attended the social as guests. The Knights of Columbus gave a check to Pacesetters for $2,800 as a donation from the Council’s MR Fund drive. Much of the money was raised from the “Tootsie Roll” drive at local stores and a yard sale. The Knights would like to thank the residents of Sparta for their generosity in this fund drive. The picture shows Pete Marino, Grand Knight of the council, presenting the check to Cathy Presley, director of Pacesetters in Sparta.
