Life Care Center of Sparta, a skilled nursing, assisted living and rehabilitation facility, is welcoming a new senior executive director, Latessa Morris.
Morris is no stranger to the facility, having started her career in long-term care as a certified nursing assistant there. She also served the building as business office administrative assistant and regional vice president.
“I have been blessed to have experienced a remarkable career journey to date with Life Care Centers of America,” said Morris. “Having served residents for the last 18 years within our organization, I have thoroughly enjoyed each role from direct caregiver to division vice president. I look forward to sharing my experience with a team of stellar associates and feel honored to be back home. I am humbled to finally have the opportunity again to directly serve those from our community.”
Morris most recently served as executive director at Life Care Center of Crossville. She has also been Life Care’s Eastern Division vice president, River Region vice president, and executive director at Life Care Center of Centerville.
Morris earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Tennessee Tech University, in Cookeville. She plans to reside in the Sparta area with her young children, Mark and Mylee.
