The White County Election Commission will meet on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. in Room 215, White County Courthouse, 1 E. Bockman Way, Sparta, TN 38583. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the county primaries requested to be held with the Presidential Preference Primary, review voter registration applications, and discuss the City of Sparta sales tax referendum ordinance. The Election Commission will also address any other pertinent business.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
Sale at public auction will be on June 12, 2019, at or about 1:00 PM, local time, at the east door of the White County Courthouse, 1 East Bockman Way, Sparta, TN 38583, pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed by Jennifer Wheeler aka Jennifer Gail Leonard and husband Lanny Wheeler, to American Title Company Inc., as Trustee for ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. dated December 14, 2006, and recorded in Book RB218, Page 454, and rerecorded at Book RB 227, Page 106, in the Register’s Office for White County, Tennessee (“Deed of Trust”), conducted by Padgett Law Group, having been appointed Substitute Trustee, all of record in the White County Register’s Office. Default in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust has been made; and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.

ESTATE OF OSCAR WAYMON YOUNG, JR., DECEASED
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th. day of May, 2019, Letters Testamentary, in respect to the estate of OSCAR WAYMON YOUNG, JR., Deceased, who died March 29th., 2019, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of White County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date the is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or
(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.
