NOTICE TO CREDITORS

ESTATE OF WILLIE MAE LAMB YOUNG, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th. day of Septemer, 2018, Letters of Administration in respect to the estate of WILLIE MAE LAMB YOUNG, Deceased, who died December 17, 2017, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of White County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date the is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.

The Van Buren County Board of Education is soliciting sealed bids for a new 2019 or newer, 78-passenger school bus. The bus must come equipped with mobile digital cameras. WHEREAS, Terry L. Hennessee as successor Trustee of the Hennessee Trust dated July 20, 2005 executed a Deed of Trust to Wells Fargo Financial Tennessee 1, LLC, Lender and Brandon G Polito, Trustee(s), which was dated January 9, 2008 and recorded on January 22, 2008 in Book RB42, Page 288, Van Buren County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, (the “Holder”), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and
