All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the Sixth (6th) Civil District of Van Buren County, Tennessee (Records in the office of the Tax Assessor for Van Buren County, Tennessee reflect the Fifth (5th) Civil District) and being a portion of the property described in the deed from J.M. Huber Corporation to Hiwassee Land Company dated June 26, 1969, recorded in deed book 15-O, page 144 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Van Buren County, Tennessee and being more fully described by plat of Survey, title Bowater Property Survey, prepared by Christopher M. Vick Registered Land Surveyor No 2164, dated October 27, 2004, recorded in Plat Cabinet 1, page 135, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Van Buren County, Tennessee and being all of Survey Tracts 4 through 8, containing 50.47 acres, more or less. Said plat of survey is incorporated into this Trust Deed by reference thereto and reference to said survey is hereby made for a full metes and bounds description of Tracts 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 conveyed hereby.

The previous and last conveyance being a Warranty Deed from Kristin Clouse Sparks to Leslie L. Lund and Pattie H Lund of record in Record Book 49, Page 207 in the Register’s Office of Van Buren County, Tennessee.

Said sale will be bar of equity and right of redemption, homestead, dower and all other exemptions. The sale will also be made subject to the payment of all unpaid taxes. The proceeds derived from said sale will be applied to the payment of the costs and charges of the sale and the indebtedness set forth in the Deed of Trust.

The sale held pursuant to this Notice may be rescinded by the Substitute Trustee or adjourned the day of sale to another day, time, and place certain without further publication, upon announcement at the time and place for the sale set forth above.
