Get ready for some great food and specials because it is Restaurant Week in the region. Restaurant Week highlights the culinary talents at local restaurants. Now through May 11, by dining at one of these restaurants will help patients in this region who have had a life changing medical event.

Participating restaurants include: 37 Cedar, Backroom Bistro, Big Tony’s Pizzeria, Blue Rooster Canteen, Char, Crawdaddy’s, Father Tom’s Pub, Foglight Foodhouse, Mamma Rosa’s, Nick’s, Persis Indian Grill, Rib City, Seven Senses, Southern Rock Bouncin BBQ, Spankies, The Blue Pig, and World Foods.

Restaurant Week is sponsored by IWC and supports the Patient Assistance Funds at Cookeville Regional Charitable Foundation. One hundred percent of funds raised through Restaurant Week will be used to assist local patients struggling with disease, sickness or injury.

“IWC is proud to sponsor Restaurant Week again this year. It is really a great way for local business to support local needs. The patients being helped live here, and partnering restaurants are all right here in our community,” said Bob Mackie, IWC President.
