TTU TSBDC hosts entrepreneurship seminar Aug. 11

Tennessee Tech University’s Small Business Development Center will host a seminar, on Aug. 11, about starting a business.

John Woodard, assistant director of the TSBDC, will lead the seminar, Business Start-up Essentials. It will be offered from 5:30-7:30 p.m., on the TTU campus.

Woodard will discuss start-up basics, business structures, planning, financing and cash needs, and common challenges.

The seminar is free, but registration is required. To register, call (931) 372-3648 or visit tsbdc.org/ttu. It will be held in Johnson Hall 218, 1105 N. Peachtree Ave., Cookeville.
