Van Buren first graders perform “A Charlie Brown Christmas”

Mrs. Shawna’s first grade class at Spencer Elementary worked hard and had fun performing A Charlie Brown Christmas by Charles M. Schulz. They invited their parents, grandparents, friends, and students to enjoy their rendition of the classic, animated, and beloved PEANUTS special. Their teacher was so proud and happy for them, as they delighted their audience. The children hope that everyone had a joyous Christmas and want to wish everyone a blessed New Year. Students are Franklin, Jakob, Hailey, Skyler, Leslie, Madison, Ryder, Konner, Caston, Jude, Evelynn, Hayden, Thelie, Nevaeh, Jenna, Olivia, Peyton, and Raylon.

Thank you for posting this article about Spencer Elementary kids. It is rare to find teachers who put extra effort in teaching our children. Thank you Mrs Shawna for taking extra time and effort to give our children fun memories while still doing all the required teaching. The children look like the were really enjoying themselves.
