An event like Mountain Homecoming has many moving parts and takes the coordination of a sports coach, orchestra   conductor, traffic cop and therapist – all at the same time. The “A” team that pulled the day together was headed by Lesa Bouldin who declared throughout the week, “It’s all good…it’s all under control.”

Most people don’t comprehend the amount of time, energy, patience, and creativity a musical event requires. It is only with the support and help from the community that the Homecoming is such a success.

Bouldin said, “I want to thank Van Buren County Commission, City of Spencer Aldermen, Citizens Tri-County Bank, Robinson’s Grocery, Fall Creek Falls General Store, Caney Fork Electric, Ben Lomand Telephone, Kevin Rigsby at Farm Bureau Insurance, Spencer Drug, Keith’s Mini Storage, Reba Mooneyham, Joyce McReynolds, Fall Creek Riding Stables, KP McMinnville Lanes for their donations, the elected officials for donating the Yeti Cooler, The Expositor – Van Buren Eagle, Layne Funeral Home for the t-Shirts and support they always give us, Trence Baker for allowing us to use his lot for the stage, and most important the citizens of Van Buren County for getting out and supporting this event.”
