As recently reported by The Expositor, White County School Board purchased the entire building that included the former locations of Food Lion and Masters’ Brew. Eventually, the 39,272 square-foot building and 63,354 square-foot parking lot will become part of the White County High School campus. The timeline is not yet clear, as school administrators and teachers will hold work sessions to determine how and when to move forward with tying the two properties together. This photo provides a visual of the expanse of property, which sits just a few hundred feet from the high school and Motlow’s Sparta site.
