In their season finale, the White County High School football team left it all on the field Friday night against Cleveland.

The Raiders held off the Warriors for the 41-33 win and earned the #4 spot in Region 4-5A, which gives them a trip to the playoffs.

The Warriors didn’t make it easy for visitors though.  WCHS scored and took a one-point lead late in the third quarter, but Cleveland scored back to back touchdowns and then held off the Warriors.

The loss ended the WCHS season at 2-8.  Junior running back, Chris Richmond, did surpass the 1,000-yard mark for the season with a 200-yard performance in the season ending game.
