The White County High School football team hosted neighboring DeKalb County last Friday night at Warrior Stadium.

The game was a thriller as DeKalb County scored with 10 seconds remaining to escape with the 27-22 win over the Warriors.  WCHS had scored to take the lead on a fluke sequence with 2:01 remaining.  DeKalb County intercepted a Warrior pass, but Jake Shockey knocked the ball loose from the defender.  Randin Seibers picked up the loose ball near midfield and took it all the way to the end zone.  Seth Davis added the two-point conversion run after an offsides penalty on the Tigers.  However, WCHS left too much time and the Tigers roared back for the victory.

Attached are pictures from the night of high school football.
