WCMS volleyball wins two last week

Nia Powers spike the ball across the net. Powers has helped the Warriorettes get off to an 11-0 start on the season.

The White County Middle School volleyball team finished last week by picking up a pair of wins.

WCMS went on the road Tuesday, playing at Algood, and defeating them 2-0. The Warriorettes made quick work of the Lady Redskins, winning 25-12 and 25-18.

The Warriorettes would close out their week, picking up another CTC Conference win, on Thursday, winning that game 2-0. The Warriorettes would make quick work of the first game 25-12. In the second game, the Warriorettes would close out the match with a 25-9 win.

With the wins, the Warriorettes move to 11-0 on the season. The Warriorettes will have a busy week this week playing three games in four days. On Monday, the Warriorettes will host South Middle School at home. On Tuesday and Thursday, the Warriorettes will hit the road, heading to Tullahoma, on Tuesday, and Coffee County, on Thursday.
