Jeremy Youngblood recently joined the Crye-Leike Brown Realty Elite group and is ready to help people find new homes in White County.
Youngblood, who received his realtor license, in March, joined the Sparta office at the beginning of April and is eager to serve the residents and newcomers of his hometown.
Gina Knight, broker at Crye-Leike Brown Realty Elite, said she is excited to have Youngblood as the newest member of their team.
“I’m impressed with his self-motivation,” she said. “He’s very motivated to help his clients find the home they are looking for.”
“He is definitely proactive,” said Matthew Bleasdale, agent. “He is ahead of the curve, and he is going to be a great asset to our office.”
Melissa Harmon, another of the agents at the Sparta office, agreed with her colleagues.
“I’m excited for us to grow as a team,” she said. “His willingness to man the office on the weekends means that we are increasing our availability to better serve our customers.”
Youngblood stated he is available to customers when he feels they will most need him: after work hours in the evenings and on Saturdays.
“I will be in the office every Saturday, and I will meet a customer here at the office or at a property they want to view any evening,” he said. “I know people have to work, so I want to be available when they are. If they need to see a property at 7 o’clock, on a Thursday night, I will be there. If they need to see a property on a Saturday morning, I’ll be there.”
Youngblood said he hopes the White County community and those looking to relocate to the community will find his knowledge of the area and his expanded availability helpful when they are looking for a new home.
“If you want to buy a house, come talk to me,” he said. “I’ll get you in that new home.”
