Beth Ione Seivers, 43, of Cookeville, passed away Feb. 3, 2002.
Seivers was born March 9, 1958, in Ames, Iowa, to Joyce Arnold Seivers and Elwin Seivers.
She was a member of Cookeville First United Methodist Church. Seivers was also past president of People First in the State of Tennessee, served on the State Council for Development Disabilities, an ardent TTU fan and a devoted employee of O’Charley’s Restaurant in Cookeville for the past eight years as a silver and napkin roller.
Seivers was preceded in death by her father; and grandfathers, Herbert Seivers and Clarence Arnold.
Survivors include her mother, Joyce Seivers of Smithville; one sister and brother-in-law, Wendy and E.G. Moreland of Sheperdstown, W.V.; one brother and sister-in-law, Barry and Erin Seivers of Lancaster, Pa.; grandmothers, Iona Seivers of Storm Lake, Iowa and Beth Arnold of Fountain, Colo.; nieces and nephew, Anne and Eli Moreland and Emma Seivers.
Services were held at 2 p.m., Feb. 6, 2002, at Cookeville First United Methodist Church.
Hooper & Huddleston Funeral Home in Cookeville was in charge of arrangements.
