Knoxville artist hosts show at TTU Center for Craft

Large-scale paintings by Knoxville’s Michael Aaron Williams will be on display in Tennessee Tech University’s Appalachian Center for Craft Gallery Two until Sept. 11.
Williams’ work in the show consists of painting coffee and ink on used, antique ledger paper.
The show, Blood Ties, is free and open to the public. The Center for Craft is open from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and noon- 5 p.m., Sunday.
The center is approximately six miles off Interstate 40 at exit 273. Go south on state Route 56 and turn left immediately after crossing Hurricane Bridge. This drive leads to the center, 1560 Craft Center Drive.
