The White County Republican Party was host to Bobbie Patray, president of Eagle Forum at their meeting on Tuesday night. The Forum’s mission is to enable conservative and pro-family men and women to participate in the process of self-government and public policy making.
Patray stressed the importance of party loyalty and
beliefs of the Republican Party. “Nothing is standing in our way but our own apathy that keeps us from voting,” said Patray.
Several candidates for public office were also present including Mike Green, former Commissioner of Safety, who is a candidate for U.S. Congress; Patrick Haller, candidate of White County Commissioner; Paul Bailey, candidate for State Senate; and Beth Winstead, candidate for Register of Deeds in the General Election.
