Plans are taking shape for the 14th Annual Upper Cumberland Senior Expo, which will be 9 a.m.-1 noon, Oct. 22, 2015, at Hyder-Burks Agricultural Pavilion, in Cookeville.

This year’s theme, Get Into the Act, focuses on how older adults are actively taking charge of their health, impacting the lives of others, and being engaged in their communities.

Typically, seniors are the main participants, but caregivers and other health care professionals are encouraged to attend, as well.
