NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Sparta Board of Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on November 14, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at Sparta City Hall concerning a request for a conditional use request (with variances from chapter 19 of the Sparta Zoning Code), made by CH Consultation Group. The request is to allow the installation of a Small Cell Antenna and variances from the requirements for free standing towers on the rooftop at 524 W Bockman Way, specifically tax map 049A, Group A, parcel 026.00 to Commercial C-D. The public is invited to attend.

Notice is hereby given that on the 24th. day of October, 2019 letters testamentary (administration)(small estate order) in respect to the Estate of Walter Mansfield Morrissey, who died October 12, 2018, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Van Buren County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:
