Expositor readers are valued customers, and they will soon be given the opportunity to express their opinions as customers of businesses in White County as they vote on the “Best of the Best Readers’ Choice Awards”.
The Expositor has been swamped with entries in this year’s contest and Advertising Manager Cristie Hatmaker wants to remind everyone they can find the ballot in every edition of The Expositor through June 27, 2002. “The Expositor had great response from this contest last year,” she said. “We encourage everyone to participate and show your favorite businesses in White County how much they are appreciated.”
Entries are limited to White County businesses only and at least 75 percent of the ballot must be filled out. The ballot depicts various categories of specialties, which will cover all aspects of voting. All entries must be original newspaper ballots. Copies will be disqualified.
The deadline for the entries is 5 p.m., June 28, 2002, and can be mailed to: Readers’ Choice Awards, P.O. Box 179, Sparta, Tenn.
38583 or stop by The Expositor office at 34 West Bockman Way and personally deliver the ballot. No entries will be accepted after the deadline.
Entries will be compiled to determine the business winner in each category, and one lucky “voter” will win $100 from The Expositor for taking part in the special recognition.
Show support for White County businesses and let them know how much they are appreciated by participating in the “Best of the Best Readers’ Choice Awards”. For information call The Expositor office at 836-3284.
