Relay For Life now a daytime event

White County Relay for Life will have its first-ever daytime event, 11 a.m.-10 p.m., May 4, 2013, at White County Fairgrounds. Bring out entire family and join in the fun for a great cause. Opening ceremony is 11 a.m., with White County High School Color Guard and others presenting lots of entertainment and activities all day.
There will also be silent auctions, a car show/cruise-in, and great food with proceeds going to help find a cure for cancer. The main Relay for Life opening ceremony will be 5 p.m., followed by recognition of cancer survivors, survivors’ and caregivers’ laps, and luminaries.
