Arnold "Ray" Teeples, 88, of Sparta, passed away Sept. 6, 2022, at Life Care Center of Sparta.
Ray was born Jan. 24, 1934, in Sparta, the third child born of 10 to Herman Clifford Teeples and Mattie Belle Prater Teeples.
Graveside service was 2 p.m., Sept. 9, 2022, at Mt. Gilead Cemetery.
Oak Lawn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
