Betty Olive Mae England Throckmorton, 80, of Doyle, passed away Sept. 29, 2020, at her residence.
Mrs. Throckmorton was born Jan. 17, 1940, in the Ravenscroft community of White County, to Raymond Harold England and Verna Lorene Mayfield England.
She was a shirt factory worker, homemaker, and supporter of her late husband's ministry.
Mrs. Throckmorton was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard E. Throckmorton Jr., who passed away Aug. 14, 2020; daughter, Marcia Usrey; stepdaughter, Charlotte Matheney; stepson, James Throckmorton; step-daughter-in-law, Judy Throckmorton; and step-son-in-law, Mikey Matheney.
Survivors include her children, Eddie Garrett, Betty "Lori" (Sam) Usrey, of Sparta, Crystal (Sean) Black, Mary Beth Rogers, all of Spencer, Jimmie Hopkins, Connie (Rick) Prater, Gayle (Gus) Parrish, all of Sparta; stepchildren, Sandy (Paul) Mosely, of Fairfield Glade, Ricky Throckmorton, of Smithville, Robert (Beth), of Michigan, Norma Matheney, of Smithville, Pat (Wayne) Seibers, of Sparta; sister, Brenda (Edward) Randolph, of Sparta; brothers, Harold (Denise) England, Richard (Linda) England, all of Sparta; 28 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren
Funeral service was 2 p.m., Oct. 4, 2020, at Hunter Funeral Home, with burial in Old Philadelphia Cemetery. Mike Owens officiated.
Chris Usrey, Theron Usrey, Jackie Brock, Justin Randolph, Dewayne Mace, and Samuel Usrey served as pallbearers.
Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
