Call me Lord, Lord, and do not the things I say

Matthew 7:21-23 SAYS not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven: but he that DOETH the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord Lord, have we not prophesied (we spoke your word correctly to all men) in thy name? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity, (grossly unfair behavior). GOD IS MY LORD, but I do not want to DO what my LORD tells me to do. That is iniquity, unmoral behavior.

Romans 10:17 says so then Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the WORD OF GOD.

Romans 14:23 says whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

James 4:17 says to him that KNOWETH to do good and doeth it not, to him it is sin. II Timothy 3:16,17 says ALL (THAT MEANS ALL, EVERY WORD) SCRIPTURE is given by INSPIRATION OF GOD, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for CORRECTION, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of GOD may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

II Peter 1:3,4 says according as his  divine POWER hath given unto US ( ALL MEN) that pertain unto life and godliness ( things that will give us a happy and godly life), through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue ( goodness): whereby are given unto us exceeding GREAT and precious promises; that by these things ye might be PARTAKERS of GOD`S divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through LUST. THEREFORE, God gives us a choice to obey him or the devil.

Matthew 7:13,14 says enter ye in at the strait gate: door wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be that go in there at: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and FEW THERE BE THAT FIND THE WAY TO HEAVEN. Many people today are looking for an EASY way to heaven, but there is only one way. Man must search and find it by studying and obeying OUR LORD`S WAY.

Matthew 25:34-40 says the King shall say to them on the right hand, come ye BLESSED of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink. WAS A STRANGER AND YE TOOK ME IN, naked and ye clothed me: I was sick and ye VISITED me. I was in prison and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying Lord when saw we thee hungry and fed thee?  Or thirsty and gave thee drink? WHEN saw we thee a stranger and took thee in? or naked and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick or in prison and came unto you? The King shall ANSWER AND SAY, verily I say unto you, in as much as ye DID unto one of the least of my brethren, ye did it unto me. Then he shall say unto them on the left hand, depart from me ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels for ye did not do these things unto your brethren. WHY read the BIBLE and not do what it says or not read it at all?

James 1:21-25 says Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves, for if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass. For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way and straightway fogetteth what manner of man he was. But who so looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being noy a forgettable hearer, but a doer of the WORK, this man shall be blessed in his deed?

James 1:27 says, Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. So, are visiting the orphans and widows as we should?

Mark 11:25-26 says, and when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have aught against any, that your father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. But if ye do not forgive, neither with your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses. Is there someone we need to forgive?

Matt 22:37-39 says, Jesus said unto him, thou shalt love the Lord they God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment, And the second is like unto it, thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. Do we seriously love everyone as much as ourselves? This would really change the world.

Ephesians 4:32 And be ye kind one to another, tender hearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christs sake hath forgiven you. Are we being kind to each other?
