Colin Kelly Martin, 76, of Rock Island, passed from this life, on Feb. 21, 2021, at Signature Health Care, in Monteagle.
Mr. Martin was born Dec. 30, 1944, in Rock Island, to Clarence Martin and Ruby Boyd Martin.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Feb. 24, 2021, at Spencer Funeral Home, with burial in White Hill Cemetery, in Spencer. The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m., Feb. 23, and 8 a.m.-1 p.m., Feb. 24, at the funeral home.
Spencer Funeral Home, in Van Buren County, is in charge of arrangements.
