Donna Guthrie Drochak, 76, of Sparta, formerly of Jamestown, passed away March 24, 2021, at Life Care Center of Sparta.
She was born Dec. 16, 1944, in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, to Clarence Guthrie and Lois McConnell Guthrie.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
