Dr. Thomas Gatewood Qualls, 78, of Sparta, passed away Sept. 3, 2020, at NHC HealthCare of Smithville.
Dr. Qualls was born Feb. 9, 1942, in Livingston, the son of William Qualls and Willie McCully.
He is survived by his brother, Billy Qualls, of Sparta.
A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
Oak Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
