Dustin Dale Cunningham, 29, passed away July 14, 2020.
Dustin was born Aug. 1, 1990, in Cookeville, to Curtis Cunningham and Melissa Winnett.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Treva Cunningham, and his father, Curtis Cunningham.
Survivors include his son, Kolton; mother, Melissa Winnett; brothers and their wives, Devan and Laura Taylor, Justin and McKayla Cunningham, Brian Winnett; sister, Destiny Winnett; four nephews; and two nieces.
Graveside service was 5 p.m., July 18, 2020, at Old Zion Cemetery.
A Go Fund Me account has been set up to help will funeral costs.
Thurman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
