Eleanor Louise Winton, 85, passed away peacefully, on Dec. 11, 2021, at her home, in Sparta, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born Dec. 27, 1935, in Battle Creek, Michigan, to Arnold D. Juckett and Ruth D. Blanchard.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two grandsons, Wynn Milton and Chance Milton.
She is survived by her daughter, Glenora (Rick) Milton, of Sparta, two sons, Greg (Jennifer) Winton, of Sparta, Emit Winton, of Cookeville; grandchildren, Samantha Bryant, Lacey King, Logan Winton, Cody Winton, Meagan Melton, Eliza Bryant; and great-grandchildren, Briley, Hallie, Emmy, Cooper, Jace Winton, Avery and Kennedy Melton, Josie, and Lincoln King, Jette, Vesper and Rowan Coleman.
A special thank you is extended to caregivers, Carol Kidd, Michelle Graham, Melanie Marshall, Carol Sparks, Shelley Weaver, Ann England, Cindy Corum, Sabrina Garrett, Avalon Hospice, Steve Poston, and all the nurses who took care of our mother with great Love.
Funeral service was 1 p.m., Dec. 15, 2021, at Thurman Funeral Home, with burial in Oak Lawn Cemetery. Bro. Joe Akridge officiated.
