Elvis Presley, 42, passed away Jan. 7, 2021, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, in Nashville.
He was born Dec. 19, 1978, in Sparta, to James Presley and Betty Duncan.
He was preceded in death by his parents; father-in-law, Larry Harris; and mother-in-law, Shelia Richardson.
He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Bobbi Sue Presley; brother, James Presley and wife Susan, of Quebeck; brother-in-law, Austin Harris and wife Ashley, of Cookeville; nieces and nephews, Shaun and Katie Presley, of Gallatin, Mathew Lucy Presley, of Sparta, Haylie Presley, of Decatur, Alabama, Ariella and Jackson Harris, Rylee and Kenton Meredith, Courtney Mabe; great-nephews, Titus and Alex Presley; and beloved pets, Moonshine and Oscar.
Funeral service will be 6 p.m., Jan. 14, 2021, at Old Bethel Baptist Church, at 498 Bethel Hollow Rd, in Quebeck. Visitation will be 5-6 p.m., Jan. 14, at the church.
The family would ask that all who attend would be mindful of COVID-19 and please practice social distancing and the use of masks.
