Esther Ruth Budding, of Pleasant Hill, passed away Jan. 16, 2021, at Cumberland Medical Center, in Crossville.
She was born Aug. 28, 1935, in Oskaloosa, Iowa, the daughter of Oliver Kelley and Etta DeVries Kelley.
A graveside service will be at a later date.
Oak Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
