Four state parks restaurants offer Mother's Day specials

Four Tennessee State Parks – David Crockett, Montgomery Bell, Natchez Trace, and Pickwick Landing – are offering Mother’s Day meals on May 9.

Crockett’s Mill Restaurant at David Crockett State Park in Lawrenceburg will feature a family-style breakfast, Mother’s Day lunch, and Mother’s Day catering service. The newly renovated restaurant inside the Lodge at Montgomery Bell in Burns will serve lunch with Southern-style food. Natchez Trace State Park in Wildersville will offer lunch at the restaurant inside Lodge Natchez Trace, and the Restaurant inside the newly renovated Lodge Pickwick Landing in Counce will offer lunch and dinner.

Catering menu – Dressing (15-20 servings) $30; chicken gravy and cranberry $5; chicken alfredo (10 servings) $50, seared pork chops (10 pieces) $25

Sides $2 per serving – Tossed salad, fried squash, mashed potatoes, green peas with pearl onions, and rolls 50 cents each

Dessert $4 – Cheesecake with choice of chocolate or strawberry topping
