God’s word, is it changing or staying the same?

 HEBREWS 13:5-9 says let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, the Lord is MY HELPER, AND I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Remember them that have the rule over you, who HAVE SPOKEN THE WORD OF GOD UNTO YOU: whose FAITH follows, because faith cometh by hearing the WORD OF GOD, considering the end of their conversation. JESUS CHRIST THE SAME YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER. Be not carried about with divers (different) and strange doctrines: for it is a good thing that the heart (the mind) be established with grace; because grace is entered only by faith in the unchanging word of GOD. NOT WITH meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein. The inner part of man (soul) is not benefitted by food but by the word of God. Man needs a good diet of God`s word daily just like the body needs food daily. All men need to be very careful who they listen to when speaking. Man must have a deep understanding of God`s word to know if someone is speaking the truth. II TIMOTHY 1: 7-14 says for God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the affections of the gospel according to the power of God; Who hath saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began; But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel; Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles. For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless, I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us. James 3:1-2 says my brethren, be not many masters (teachers), knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. For in many things, we offend all. If any man offends NOT IN WORD, the same is a perfect man, and able also to BRIDLE THE WHOLE BODY. To be able to say the right thing in every situation is a great accomplishment for anyone, especially when it comes to speaking the oracles of GOD. Why is it that many of our children today are not being TAUGHT THE WORD OF GOD? II Timothy 3:10-17 says but thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience. Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra, what persecutions, I endured but out of them all the Lord delivered me. Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall was worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of knowing of whom thou hast learned them. And that from a child thou hast known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scriptures is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. In order for man to become perfect in the sight of GOD, he expects man to KNOW all the word of GOD. In college, would a conscientious student only read six chapters of a book contain nine chapters for a test that would determine her entire future? Then WHY do people think they can get to HEAVEN without reading and studying and giving thought to the BIBLE daily? Again, WHY take the chance? MANY people are willing to study day and night for a degree in college and never read a single page of the BIBLE. Where is their reasoning? How can a person think they can be something when they have never read the book that explains how to be that something such as a doctor, lawyer, nurse, or a CHRISTIAN?  Would you go to a doctor that had never been to medical school or a nurse? Would you put your TRUST in such a person? Well, how about your SOUL which is 80 times of more value than your body that shall perish?
