James Michael Fox, 67, of Cookeville, passed away Oct. 5, 2020, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Fox was born Feb. 25, 1953, in Sparta. He was the son of J.C. Nash and Evelyn Prater Nash.
He loved Batman and made a hobby of collecting memorabilia. He liked riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle as well. He also worked over 37 years at Flowserve, in Cookeville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Ryan White, and a brother, Terry Nash.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Fox, of Cookeville; daughter, Chrissy White (Mark), of Sparta; son, James Fox, of Sparta; stepsons, Brandon Dillon (Kayla), of Cookeville, Jeremy Dillon (Jessica), of Cookeville, Nathan Whittenburg (Katie), of Cookeville, Nicholas Whittenburg, of Cookeville; stepdaughter, Jessica Dillon (Brandon), of Cookeville; grandson, Aaron White; step-grandchildren, Brandon Dillon, Sara Dillon, Colton Wooley, Olivia Dillon, Amaris Ortlepp, Kayson Ortlepp, Logan Young, Bentley Whittenburg; great-grandchild, Kenzie Tuck; and brother, Jerry Nash, of Atlanta, Georgia.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Oct. 8, 2020, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home. Rodney Ritchie will officiate. The family will welcome friends 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Oct. 8, at the funeral home.
