Joe Elkins, 73, of Quebeck, passed away July 17, 2019.
Mr. Elkins was born May 26 1946, in Sparta, to John Elkins and Willie Lawrence Elkins.
The family has chosen cremation. No services are scheduled at this time.
Oak Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
