Joy to the world

HEBREWS 11:2-10 says looking unto JESUS the author and finisher of our FAITH; who for the JOY! That was set before him endured the CROSS (with the pain and shame), despised the shame, and is set down at the right hand od GOD. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest he be wearied and faint in your minds. Ye have not resisted unto blood striving AGAINST SIN. And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, MY SON, despise not the chastening of the LORD, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him. For whom the LORD loveth he chasteneth, and scorgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, GOD dealeth with you as to sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then re ye bastards, and not sons. Futhermore, ye have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much more rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? For they truly for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but GOD for our profit, that we might be partakers of his HOLINESS. Christ came to earth to make living on earth truly JOYFUL and without sin. Only a Christian life can be filled with the JOY of HEAVEN. What joy is there if we are not on the narrow road to HEAVEN? JOY to the world the LORD JESUS IS COME. Colossians 1:9-11 says for this cause we also, since the day we heard of your love of the brethren, do NOT CEASE TO PRAY FOR YOU, AND TO DESIRE THAT YE be filled with the KNOWLEDGE of his will in all WISDOM AND SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING; that ye might walk WORTHY of the Lord unto all PLEASING, being FRUITFUL in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of GOD; STRENGTHENED with ALL might, according to his glorious POWER, unto all patience and long-suffering with JOYFULNESS. What is life without the blessings of joy and happiness? God gives us these when we become CHRISTIANS and filled with GOD`S words of wisdom as written by the HOLY SPIRIT. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 says for the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of GOD; and the dead in CHRIST shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so, shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. The comfort and joy of GOD is given to his children which are members of the CHURCH. That means we do his will and meet to worship him on the first day of the week which is Sunday. Philippians 2:9-11 says God hath highly exalted JESUS, and given him a name which is above every name: that at the name of JESUS every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is LORD, to the glory of GOD the FATHER. If GOD is the father of all, why do we not all become members of the church and worship him as he commands?  There can not be joy in a person`s LIFE until he turns his life over to his Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Chronicles 15:25-29 David shows us true joy in his singing and shouting in the streets as they bring back the ark of the covenant to the temple. It had been removed years before and the excitement and joy filled the nation of Israel except the daughter of Saul. Like many today that have no JOY in serving their Father in Heaven. Many people miss out on one of God`s greatest blessing by not being baptized into Christ and washing away their sins. Matthew 6:33 says seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you. The BIBLE says I have never seen God`s people begging bread. What a great joy and blessing that is. Doing good deeds for others will bring us great joy. The greatest joy that can be done for others is to tell them about the saving grace of God and Jesus Christ. The golden rule is to do unto others as we would have them do unto us. If I was lost and on my way to hell, I wish that some CHRISTIAN WOULD COME BY and tell me what I must do to go to HEAVEN. Jesus died with joy to give us joy, salvation, peace, zeal, hope, and a home in heaven. It is up to me to read, study, meditate, and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. To plan on going to heaven is to work the plan in the BIBLE. Let us go tell it on the mountain do what the Bible says and go to heaven.
