Judy Kay West, 80, of Sparta, passed away Nov. 18, 2021, in Cookeville.
Mrs. West was born Jan. 19, 1942, in Muncie, Indiana to Wallace and Juanita Clark.
She enjoyed watching hummingbirds. Christmas was her favorite holiday. She loved shopping and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. West was preceded in death by, her husband, Robert Leonard West; son, Terry West; and grandson, Lee Slatten.
Surviving family includes her son, Wally West (Gloria), of Smithville; daughters, Angela Trusty, Michelle Lynn Hammock, both of Sparta; grandchildren, Jessica Cope, Jennifer Hannan, Jacob Hammock, Breanna Hammock, Dawson Hammock, Tiffany Maddax, Nick Trusty, Ryan West, Kyra Stockton, Brittany West; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be noon, Nov. 23, 2021, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, with burial in Peeled Chestnut Cemetery. Ryan West will officiate. The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m., Nov. 22, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Vince West, Dylan Stockton, Dawson Hammock, Jacob Hammock, Adam Cope, and Cody Maynard.
Oak Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
