Linda Kay Lee Fisher, 67, of Sparta, a native of Detroit, Michigan, passed away May 21, 2021, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Fisher was born Feb. 28, 1954, in Detroit, Michigan.
She was a retired cosmetologist. More importantly to her, she was a homemaker and grandma to her grandchildren.
Mrs. Fisher was preceded in death by her mother, Myrtle Cunningham Lee, who died Feb. 20, 2020, and her father, John Vance Lee, who died Feb. 13, 2021.
Surviving family members left to cherish her memory include her husband of 48 years, John B. Fisher, of Sparta; two daughters, Robin Katai and husband Tim, Megan Oikarinen and husband Gerald, all of Michigan; grandchildren, Tony and Raquel Katai, Ty, Mya and Quinn Oikarinen; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral service was 2 p.m., May 24, 2021, at Hunter Funeral Home. The Rev. Bobby Moore officiated. At Mrs. Fisher’s request, she was cremated following her funeral.
Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of funeral and cremations arrangements.
