Lora C. Sidwell, 81, of Sparta, passed away Nov. 16, 2024, at NHC Healthcare of Sparta.
Lora C. was born Aug. 28, 1943, in Sparta, to Campbell and Nova Weaver Sidwell.
She was a homemaker and a well-known quilter. Countless people would bring her and her mother the materials for them to quilt. She also loved gardening and working with her potted flowers. Lora C. attended Cumberland Heights Church of Christ.
She is survived by a special friend and neighbor, Brenda Dodson, and her family, and numerous cousins, friends, and neighbors.
Funeral service was 1 p.m., Nov. 19, 2024, at Hunter Funeral Home. Doug Downs officiated.
Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
