Michael Shannon Hagan, 48, of Shelbyville, passed away June 26, 2022, at Vanderbilt Bedford Hospital.
Michael was born Nov. 18, 1973, in Tompkinsville, Kentucky. He was the son of Billy and Kay Rich.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m., July 1, 2022, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home. The family will receive friends noon-2 p.m., July 1, at the funeral home.
