(PUTNAM COUNTY, TN ) - On Feb. 27, 2021, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of several deceased cattle near 785 Lake Hill Road, in Monterey, Tennessee. According to a press release issued by PCSO, there is now an active investigation involving possible animal cruelty related to this matter.
