Preservation of the independence and integrity of U.S. Supreme Court

 Just a few days ago, in late February, Ted Cruz, a highly regarded Republican U.S. Senator from the state of Texas, introduced important legislation on the floor of the U.S. Senate.  The legislation is more than important; it is an absolute necessity if we are to keep the integrity and independence of the Supreme Court intact.  Adding urgency to the passage of this legislation is the Democrat Party’s traitorous adoption of socialism and atheist doctrine.  They will, or course, do all they can to stop this legislation.  Nullification of the Supreme Court is critical to their success.

The justices of the Supreme Court are the last line of defense in protecting our honored Constitution, which is the critical weight-bearing cornerstone of our continued existence as a free and independent nation.  With the exception of the Bible, there is no document more important that our Constitution.  It is the sanctified essence of our very existence as the envied nation of nations - a hero country!

The recently deceased Medal of Freedom recipient, the great Rush Limbaugh, described our country as a symbol of hope to the rest of the world like “a shining city on a hill.”  It is our Constitution and our adherence to it that is the source of that light and hope.

I have not yet seen the in-depth wording of the legislative paperwork that Senator Cruz placed before the Senate regarding the Supreme Court.  However, knowing Senator Cruz, I am certain it is compelling. 

I do know that an important part of the legislation submitted by Senator Cruz is a proposed constitutional amendment limiting the number of Supreme Court Justices to nine.  This, of course, will be strongly opposed by the Socialist Democrats.  They want to pack the court with a double-digit number of Socialist-oriented justices.  If that happens, America dies.  That is not an opinion.  That is a fact.  You need to accept the fact that the Socialist Democrat Party is now an enemy combatant.

The problem is that when you’re dealing with greedy politicians and professionally propagandized individuals, who are secretly well funded and enriched by Washington D.C. lobbyists, special interest groups, and even unfriendly foreign governments, your spoken and written words, no matter how compelling, are a waste of time. 

Nonetheless, the effort must be made before the battle fought.  And, that is what Senator Cruz is doing - fighting the good fight.  In that vein, let me remind you that is exactly what Donald Trump gallantly did during his four-year presidency.  I have never seen a President work so hard for the American people.  If you saw his televised speech, in Orlando, Florida, this past Sunday then you know that he is still standing up for the everyday hardworking American. “The Golden Knight” fights on.   

That is why Senator Cruz, with a few other Republican Senators who support his proposed legislation, are seeking other senatorial support for this important legislation. You can help by calling your senators and congressmen/women in the House of Representatives and insisting that they support the Ted Cruz legislation.
