Reflection and revolution: Part I

 At the end of this month, June 2021 (AD), we will arrive at the halfway point of the 21st year of the 21st Century in the third millennium of the existence of recorded human life on planet earth after the death (AD) and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.  Not even counting all the time that passed Before Christ’s (BC) earthly visit and day one of year 0001 AD, that amounts to a very long time.  And, still the battle between good and evil continues unabated.

There will be an end to it, but we just don’t know when.  If God had given us the power to see clearly into the future, I am of the opinion that life would be both without incentive and very boring.  It is the anticipation of the future and its mysteries and the new challenges that awaits that motivate humankind.  It is the past and what we learned that prepares us for the unknown of the future.

Every morning when we wake up, we find the future has arrived.  How we handle the problems in yesterday’s future depends on what we learned yesterday and in all the yesterdays we have lived.  Not unexpectedly, when I woke up this morning, I did not find the United States of America (USA) into which I was born, grew up in, loved and served with distinction throughout my life.  Since Jan. 21, 2021, America has been in enemy hands, with the self-serving help of the Socialist Democrat Party (SDP).  And, these Neanderthals (the most appropriate single word description I could find for our antagonists) have us on a destructive course that will turn America the Beautiful into the likes of Adolph Hitler’s World War II conquered and subservient Europe.

When I seek the solution for a difficult problem, I reflect on the past.  That is generally where I find the answer(s) I seek - even how to put a square peg in a round hole.  I ask each of you to reflect on your past and compare it to how you feel about the current status of our country.  Something has to be done to save our country.  The “how to” and “the motivation” to do so can be found there.  We can’t live in the past, but we can learn from the past.

The standards for living my life came from a group of admired individuals known as the Greatest Generation; i.e. the parents, uncles, aunts, grandparents, and great-grandparents who saved our nation in the Great Depression and then saved it again, along with the rest of the world, in World War II.  At that time the world was worth saving.

Today some of it is still worth saving, but this time it is going to be harder.   We don’t have a safe haven, as the enemy is among us in our homeland, to include the indoctrinated and self-important  stooges who currently hold all three branches of our government.  In other words, we can’t save the world until we save our own country.

I know that after these very frustrating and insane first few months of the Biden-Harris administration, there is deep concern throughout the land and among true patriotic and decent citizens.  That is a good thing as it means the real backbone citizenry of the USA is coming to terms with what, regrettably, must be done. 

We fought a Revolutionary War to win our freedom and establish our own country.  We fought the French and Indian War to keep it and expand it.  We fought a Civil War to end slavery and unite the country.  We entered World War I to contain the battle arena to Europe and to aid our allies.  In doing so we became a formidable and accepted player on the world stage.
